Sweet Fern – used by many cultures for its ability to help with a poison ivy rash.
My sweet fern is home-grown in the USA. I grow my herbs and garden without pesticides.
Steep this herb poultice to make a tea that can be applied directly on a poison ivy rash. The poultice can then be applied to the rash as a first application. Discard tea bag after exposure to a rash. The tea can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.

Some herbs have properties that are known to complicate some medical conditions such as pregnancy or abnormal blood pressure.
